Students representing 116 counties in Georgia served through Youth LEAD Georgia program since its inception in 2024

Staff members who have completed the ELPNO program come back with a new outlook on their work. They have a deeper understanding of the nonprofit landscape and how Goodwill fits into it. There is also no denying the impact of the personal development piece of ELPNO.

Youth LEAD Georgia celebrates graduation of second cohort

Twenty-eight high school students representing 28 counties across Georgia graduated from the second cohort of Youth LEAD Georgia, a program that equips youth with the skills and knowledge necessary to become future leaders of the state. This program is facilitated by the University of Georgia’s J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development in partnership with Chick-fil-A.

UGA nonprofit leadership program graduates 2025 class

The University of Georgia continues to help nonprofit professionals from around Georgia sharpen their personal and organizational leadership skills through a long-standing leadership program. Twenty-two nonprofit leaders attended the 2025 Executive Leadership Program for Nonprofit Organizations, held Jan. 12-17 at the UGA J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development.
